Cancellation and refund policies differ according to the payment term


MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS


When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.


IN-PERSON SALES


When purchasing at a live, in-person event, you may notify us within three business days from the date of purchase of your intent to cancel your purchase. Each live, in-person event sale has an attached Notice of Cancelation that must be filled out and submitted, as outlined in the Notice of Cancelation. Beyond the cancelation period, TRADEway reserves the right to pursue any unpaid balances. In the event of payment default, TRADEway reserves the right to cancel your purchase and issue an in-house credit, equivalent to the amount you paid, less the costs of any services that have already been provided. In-house credits are valid for 180 days.


ALL OTHER SALES


When purchasing at a virtual event, online, or directly through TRADEway's website all sales are final. TRADEway reserves the right to pursue any unpaid balances for all purchases made via partial payments or down payments. In the event of payment default, TRADEway reserves the right to cancel your purchase and issue an in-house credit, equivalent to the amount you paid, less the costs of any services that have already been provided. In-house credits are valid for 180 days.
