You can expect to receive an immediate email upon purchase with a copy of your receipt/invoice, including links to all of our disclosers, privacy policy, our company brochure, as well as our cancellation policy.  You will also receive an Account Activation email to set up your username/password for your new TRADEway account.  

Afterwards, within 1-2 business days, you will receive a "Welcome Email" from your TRADEway Ambassador welcoming you to the program, answering your questions, and inviting you to join the next Live Orientation Webinar! The welcome email will include a link to your orientation webpage as well with links to your weekly webinar schedule, your ClassicTrader Checklist walking you through how to go through your package step by step, and bite-sized informational videos walking you through each element of your package.  Remember, you can go at your own pace and we are here to help every step of the way!

We host Orientation Webinars on Tuesday evenings with Coach Blair Nightingale!  It will either be at 6pm CT or 7pm CT depending on the week.  Your webinar invite will include the details!  Plan for about 1 hour with Coach Blair on this webinar and have your questions ready if you have any!

You may add your spouse, and any children living at home ages 25 and younger!  We want your family to benefit from what you are learning, and for you to be able to "pass this on" to future generations as a family business!  Each of your family policy members will receive full access to your ClassicTrader benefits, excluding having their own Charts by TRADEway license (each package comes with 1 license).  You may "add-on" additional Charts by TRADEway licenses for only $29.99/mo or $59.99/mo depending on the level you are interested in.  

All of the courses included in your ClassicTrader are available 24/7, on-demand, and for your lifetime for you and your family policy members!

ClassicTrader includes 6 months of our TraderMAX support membership.  Leading up to the expiration day (approximately two weeks out), you will receive an email asking if you would like to continue with your membership on a month-by-month basis.  You may cancel your membership at anytime by calling or emailing our team, or by canceling directly from your TRADEway online account.

You may access all of your TRADEway benefits by logging in to account.tradeway.com.  If you have any issues with your log in, please either try resetting your password, or contact our support team at support@tradeway.com.  We are happy to help!   

Simply contact our team at support@tradeway.com and they will help you with your upgrade!  Depending on when you upgrade, you will be able to apply some of what you paid to your upgrade.
