The TRADEway Coaches share the vision of helping Christian families become active traders who build lasting legacies. Every TRADEway Coach has a unique story about how they became a part of the TRADEway family and how they navigate the Stock Market God’s way, and we’re excited to share those stories with you.
Caleb Pritchett first joined TRADEway in 2013 when he and his father attended a Step 1 live event taught by David Mitchell. After Caleb graduated high school, he attended Oklahoma Baptist University for a full year, pursuing a degree in history, before he felt called to do something different. He returned home, took the fall semester off, and by January 1st of 2017, decided to pursue trading as a career. Caleb has been trading in the markets actively for seven years. He lives in Texas and is looking forward to starting a family and passing on his knowledge to the next generation to establish his legacy. He enjoys cooking and creative writing in his spare time, and is hoping to become a published author soon.

Coaching, mentoring, and content updating
I'm passionate about helping students through their periods of frustration to the confidence that lies on the other side. The Lord has uniquely positioned me to be able to do this (just as He has with the other Coaches). It is an honor, and greatly humbling, to be a helping hand and a voice of encouragement in our students' trading journeys.
I love hearing our students' stories. Every one of them is unique, and learning about their backgrounds or the ministries they are involved in is so rewarding, and offers much needed perspective. To have a hand, however minor, in their ministry work and in their lives is sobering and satisfying. In a very real way, their success is our success; as Coaches, I know we never get tired of hearing our clients' success stories.
I really love support roles, so my favorite work is co-hosting and working behind the scenes to keep the TRADEway machine running.
I'm an avid swordsman! In classical fencing, I prefer épée and saber to foil, but when it comes to HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts), nothing beats fighting with a longsword. Sword fighting is not unlike dancing: it's all about your feet. So...dancing with consequences?
I really love music! I'm a bit of an out of practice drummer (not that that's ever stopped me from air drumming to every classic rock song I've ever heard), and share a rich family history of musicians of various instruments, from flute, to voice, to piano, and beyond.
I just relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and I am excited to be near so many great TRADEway team members.
My best trading memory came after a rough period of trading. I was trading with a lot of frustration, and it was getting me precisely nowhere. I picked up and read through Mark Douglas'
"The Disciplined Trader," and began implementing my new trade plan with confidence. Before long, I saw an opportunity in the price backed up with other technical indicators, I structured a trade around it, and when I got my entry alert, I jumped in without hesitation and quickly found myself managing the largest profit I'd ever seen in my account. The details of my plan and of my trade are irrelevant, because what changed more than anything was me, not the trading tools at my disposal. I used to think that trading was about knowing the perfect system, but that's not true. Trading is about YOU; your ability to adapt to the market, to be flexible, to change your mind when new information presents itself, to take stops without feelings of shame, and to forgive yourself of mistakes. These things are difficult to do — if they weren't, everyone would be a trader! Through this process, I found myself clinging to the Lord and relying more on Him than I ever had before. For that alone, I think trading is the best job out there, and I wouldn't trade it (see what I did there?) for anything.
Isaiah 45:5-7: "I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Lord, and there is none else. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things."
I love verses that display and, without mincing words, make God's sovereignty and power clear. We humans love to overcomplicate things and easily create flimsy boundaries around God's power in our minds, intentionally or not. Sometimes routine can do this (we assume that because something has happened over and over that nothing else can). How wrong we are, and how wonderful it is to read a passage like Isaiah 45 and see that there is nothing beyond the power of God, that He is holding the very fabric of reality together, controlling light itself and the awesome power of creation...and yet we know from the words of His own mouth that his thoughts are toward us always and are for good. He knows us by name, picked us out of a fallen race, gave us hope, and gave us life to live abundantly. Truly, none beside Him are worthy of praise in the slightest.
